Qualifications for Direct Support Providers
1, 18yrs or older
2, Valid Connecticut State driver’s license and abstract (not to exceed 5 points)
3, Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
4, Complete State/Federal Criminal Background checks and Central Registry checks
5, Drug testing under Stephen Komninos’ Law.
